Observation
This short-term experience offers the opportunity to shadow healthcare professionals in an active setting. Observation can help evaluate whether a healthcare career aligns with interests and can assist with fulfilling pre-requirements for academic programs. High school observers must be at least 17 years of age to participate.

Internship
This opportunity provides participants with hands-on exposure to healthcare careers, clinical practices, and essential skills in a professional setting. The program is designed to offer practical experience that supports career exploration and may fulfill school or educational requirements. Through guided work assignments and mentorship, participants gain valuable insight into the healthcare environment and its demands.
