step 1:
Before Your New Hire Appointment
Use the Candidate Home button below to sign your offer letter and complete your pre-employment documents.

Your Health
After you complete your Candidate Home tasks, you will receive 2 emails from Workday containing a username, password, and link for you to access additional pre-employment tasks. Continue to refresh your Workday inbox until no tasks remain.

You will receive an email and text message from Global Data Fusion, respond to either message to complete your attestation to start the required new hire background screening.

USCIS Website: Form I-9 Acceptable Documents
Bring To Your New Hire Appointment
- Form I-9 Documents: You must bring original, unexpired, and acceptable forms of identification with you for Form I-9 completion. Visit the USCIS Website below to review Form I-9 Acceptable Documents and verify your forms of identification are valid.
- Immunization and Health History Records: Please bring your complete vaccine records. Based on your position, we may verify immunity for MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella), Varicella (or verbalized history of Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Pertussis/DPT/Tdap.
- Certifications: If required for your position, bring a copy of these certifications > Basic Life Support (BLS or CPR), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and/or Crisis Prevention Institute's De-Escalation Certification (CPI).

At Your New Hire Appointment
Wear comfortable clothing and report to STHS Human Resources for your scheduled appointment.
You will complete the below:
If indicated, you may be required to submit medical clearance from a treatment provider or complete a functional capacity exam to demonstrate your ability to meet the physical demands indicated in your job description.

You will complete the below:
- Take a photo for your STHS identification badge
- Complete a urine drug screen
- Complete a health assessment (may include having a blood draw)
If indicated, you may be required to submit medical clearance from a treatment provider or complete a functional capacity exam to demonstrate your ability to meet the physical demands indicated in your job description.
Your First Day and STHS Orientation
At your new hire appointment, you will receive an orientation schedule. You will receive an email, typically the Friday before STHS Orientation, containing additional first day details. If you have any questions regarding orientation, your first day, or your first week, please contact your hiring manager.
