If your application aligns with the job requirements, a recruiter will reach out to schedule a preliminary screening interview. This conversation typically takes place via phone or video call and serves as an opportunity to discuss your background, interests, and suitability for the position.

Qualified candidates will move forward to a formal interview with hiring managers and team leaders. Depending on the role, this step may involve multiple interview rounds, technical assessments, or panel discussions. This is your chance to showcase your expertise, ask questions, and gain deeper insights into our company culture.

If selected, you will receive a formal job offer detailing your compensation, benefits, and other key employment terms. Our team will be available to answer any questions and guide you through the next steps in accepting your offer.

Before your official start date, you’ll be required to complete essential onboarding tasks. This may include background checks, employment verification, and completion of necessary paperwork through our Workday system.

Once your onboarding documents are finalized, you’ll attend a new hire appointment. This step ensures that all administrative requirements are completed and that you have access to health system resources, technology, and other necessary tools for a smooth transition into your role.
