New Leader Orientation
At St. Tammany Health System, we are committed to preparing new leaders for success from day one through the New Leader Orientation program. With a welcome event, a 30/60/90 day plan, in-person meetings, training sessions, and self-paced modules, new leaders gain a foundation of leadership growth and vital management skills. Designed to seamlessly integrate leaders into their roles and ensure a smooth transition, New Leader Orientation fosters a dynamic environment of leadership and learning while driving leader development, strengthening teams, and building a robust leadership pipeline for the future.

The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) offers engaging, strategic professional development that empowers STHS leaders to grow, collaborate, and make a lasting impact. Each session fosters leadership growth while celebrating our leaders' achievements. The St. Tammany Health System Leadership Academy is a prestigious, highly selective 10-month program designed to cultivate and elevate internal talent.
