New Leader Orientation

At St. Tammany Health System, we are committed to preparing new leaders for success from day one through the New Leader Orientation program. With a welcome event, a 30/60/90 day plan, in-person meetings, training sessions, and self-paced modules, new leaders gain a foundation of leadership growth and vital management skills. Designed to seamlessly integrate leaders into their roles and ensure a smooth transition, New Leader Orientation fosters a dynamic environment of leadership and learning while driving leader development, strengthening teams, and building a robust leadership pipeline for the future.

The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) offers engaging, strategic professional development that empowers STHS leaders to grow, collaborate, and make a lasting impact. Providing a cohesive learning experience throughout the year, LDI aligns with organizational goals, the strategic plan, and key milestones. Each session fosters leadership growth while celebrating our leaders' achievements. Leaders gain practical skills that drive real change, using past experiences as a foundation for growth, with learning that is directly applicable to their roles. Leadership Academy

The St. Tammany Health System Leadership Academy is a prestigious, highly selective 10-month program designed to cultivate and elevate internal talent.
